A couple of months ago I was in a dept store and seriously HAD to take a *bleep* cuz it was starting to come out in my pants and I couldn't hold it any more. If ya get the store brand a bottle is only like maybe 3 or 4 bucks max and even if u take 1 everyday the bottle should last 2 or 3 months. I take 1 every day and even though my logs are usually really seriously thick(big around) most of the time I just have to push a little bit hard and my *bleep* will start comin out pretty ez. If I keep pushin just a little bit my log will almost always come out as 1 continuous long fat turd in bout 3 or 4 minutes max. B4 I started takin the pills I had to push like hell when I was takin a big dump and my *bleep* stretched out so big it would *bleep*in hurt big time. Good luck dude with ur poopin!

I don't like to eat my logs or drink my pee but it is SOOO KEWL when I make a log with like corn, peas, carrots and other veggies in it. Also, if I eat like a bunch of peanuts or nuts like that I can usually see em in my turd. I wanna try getting some like blue or pink food coloring and eatin a bunch of it at once and see if I can make stripes in my poop!!

I dunno if ur a chick or a dude, but anyway, try to eat lots of fiber stuff. I eat like fiber cereals for breakfast, whole wheat bread and those fiber bars at lunch and then at dinner I usually take extra helpings of veggies. Pasta and fruits help 2. I also used to get all clogged up and I would have these hard *bleep* clumps that were a major *bleep* to push out alot of the time. Sometimes I would also go like 3 or 4 days without takin a dump. I don't think u have cancer or anything like that either. That red uc in your crap is blood. I used 2 get that often 2 b4. It happens when ur poop gets all hard and clumpy inside and u have 2 push real hard 2 get it out. This causes ur crap to kinda tear up the inside of ur *bleep* and it will get blood on it. But seriously, trust me. Since I started eatin lots of fiber, most of the time my logs are big and smooth and lots easier to get out. Oh, and I almost allways have to take a big dump every day or 2 since I started getting lots of fiber.

To FBH ILY: It is soooo totally uncool of u 2 tell some1 that they r going 2 die. If ur here for laughs, well whatever. Just READ the blogs here and lyfao. The only thing u ever add around here is smartass remarks that aren't even remotely funny. U must get some kind of cheap thrill by makin fun of people around here all the time. Some peepz actually do come here becuz they have a real legit problem and r trying 2 get some advice. I seriously hope u don't ever have any kind of pooping problem becuz what goes round comes round.

I'll try to give a simple explanation as I understand it.
1. U eat some food and it lands in ur stomach.
2. Ur stomach churns up the food with acid and other stuff and sends it to ur large intestine which is about 4 to 6 feet long I think.
3. In ur large intestine chemicals from ur liver and pancreas and also bacteria in ur large intestine help break down the food even more.
4. As the food makes its way thru ur large intestine, the nutrients from the food are absorbed by ur body.
5. As the food continues thru ur large intestine, it gradually begins to look like the brown stuff u call poop, *bleep*, crap, whatever. Things like corn, peas,peanuts and other nuts won't break down completely so u will see what's left of them in ur log when u take a dump.
6. The last foot or so of ur large intestine is called the colon or rectum which connects to ur butt hole. When ur rectum gets full enough that's when u will feel like u need to take a dump.
7. U pull down ur pants and set on the toilet or wherever.
8. This is the best part! U relax or maybe push a little and ur butt hole opens up and out comes a brown log. If u eat enough fiber and get enough liquids, u most likely will be able to push out 1 solid log. The more food u eat, especially if it has lots of fiber, the longer ur log is likely to be. Like that PJ dude here that eats alot of fiber and makes logs that r like a foot long or longer. :D
