Is it true that you can tell by looking at your crap to see what your diet needs to be or what your body is lacking? HMMM just wondering fellow crappers.
Totally dude. If ur poop is all hard,if it comes out in like clumps,then u need 2 eat more fiber. There's these cereal bar things which have about 9 G of fiber. Eat a couple of those everyday. Maybe 2 eat some high fiber cereal or oatmeal 4 breakfast every day and also whole grain bread. Eatin as much fruit+veggies as u can helps 2. Almost forgot,pasta is good 2. I eat cereal bars,whole grain bread,veggies,hi fiber cereal+oatmeal,pasta and some fruit once in awhile 2. When I take a dump,95% of the time,I make 1 sweet log about a foot long. My logs usually come out really E Z 2! Happy dumpin.
